- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆February 27, 2019, by Marie RagsdaleAlthough I have been with this company when they where sun com I have always had great customer service until the Tuesday Oct 24,2017 my husband and I had a complaint about his battery not charging too 100% since the recent software update and this new guy was very arrogant and rude saying "I do this for a living so I know what I'm doing" deleted apps without my husbands' permission and moved his settings around. I had to go back and fix what he did. I don't think that was very professional and will not deal with this person again. I will be dealing with the other staff from now on.
